If raising the tipper tray significantly doesn’t discharge the load, it’s time to stop and see if you can identify the problem. Make sure it’s evenly distributed and doesn’t exceed the load capacity. Ensure the tipping truck is clear of obstructions like power lines and trees. Keep your eye out for obstacles large and small, high and low, from power lines to low-hanging branches and logs.

The Ashok Leyland 2820 Tipper has a Gross Vehicle Weight of 28,000 kgs and comes with multiple body options including cab and chassis, box body, and rock body for various heavy-duty applications. It has a sturdy chassis with bolted construction measuring 275 mm X 75 mm X 8 mm. You can also choose from multiple cabin options and configurations as per your needs. We used a sandblasting technique to remove all the paint and corrosion from the tipper trucks. Once the sandblasting was completed, we applied a suitable primer to the 30 ton tipper truck trucks. We then coated the trucks with a layer of PAXCON’s PX-3350 polyurea in blue to match the customer’s corporate colours.
